Floating Dredge Hose


This hose is used for marine drilling platform, tankship and offshore pipeline as oil and mud transport . It is the reliable connection between ship and coast.



Construction:



The inner layer is oil resistance. The reinforcement layer is made of high strength nylon cords

The flotation is achieved by single closed cell PE-foam layers, which are glued together by hot air welding to establish a single foam casing. The fusing film assists preventing water absorbtion.

Outer cover with high resistance against abrasion and UV-light.

Hose end: steel-laminated rubber flange design or vulcanized-in steel nipples on customers request.
